Human Resources Committee

The objective of the Human Resources Committee is to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment with other like-minded professionals where knowledge, best practices, and experiences are shared to support the growth and success of our GCA member organizations through:

• Providing a means for HR professionals to exchange insights, learn from industry experts, and stay abreast of emerging trends.
• Ensuring our member companies have access to accurate and relevant human resources related reports and studies to help them make informed decisions.
• Promoting a better understanding of the natural gas compressor industry within our communities through partnership with other GCA committees.

We strongly believe in the power of knowledge sharing as a means to enhance HR practices and elevate our profession. Through our collaborative efforts, we aim to build strong relationships, empower HR professionals, and create a supportive network that promotes continuous learning, innovation, and success for GCA member organizations.
